Bay Alarm will be on campus during the next two weeks to complete the required annual fire alarm testing in all buildings. There will be a need to test the audible and visual devices for a short period of time to be sure they "sound" and "light up". Once that is complete, all devices will be tested quietly to be sure they report correctly to the fire panels.
Starting Wednesday, July 30th, part of De La Salle Drive will be closed to install a pedestrian crossing for the Recreation Center. It will last no longer than two weeks. Signs will be posted at the gate to direct everyone to turn left when entering the campus.
Click here and scroll to the bottom to view which buildings are due for quarterly, annual or 5-year fire sprinkler testing and inspections. You must be logged in to view the page.
Note that for annual and 5-year testing, a "visual" will be made on all sprinkler heads and there will be minimal testing of the audible and visual alert systems. Quarterly inspections only require visual inspections on common area and mechanical room equipment.
