New Resources From The Library for 2016: Art Source

The Saint Mary's Library is pleased to announce that EBSCO Art Source is now part of our collection. Covering a range of subjects that includes fine, decorative, and commercial art, architecture, and architectural design, the database also includes titles published in French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch.

CWAC Shines at Regional Conference

CWAC writing advisers, faculty, and staff collaboratively presented four workshops and panels at the Northern California Writing Centers Association Conference at Santa Clara University on April 2nd. Each presentation showcased original, student-led research.

Spring Research Symposium Application Deadline: April 8th, 2016

This year, Saint Mary's Spring Symposium is on Wednesday, April 27th from 1:00-2:30 in the Soda Center. The submission process deadline is Friday, April 8th 2016.

Summer Graduate Professional Advancement Series

Courses can be taken for Academic Credit or CEUs (Continuing Education Units):

The Continuing Education Unit is a nationally recognized unit designed to provide a record of an individual's continuing education accomplishments. For teachers, 10 hours of instruction equals one (1) Continuing Education Unit. For counselors, 10 hours of instuction equals 10 hours of continuing education for MFTs, LPCCs and LCSWs. CEUs are sometimes part of criteria used for promotion and salary increases in some school disticts. Continuing Education Credit is also required for license renewal for MFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWs. (Saint Marty's College Graduate Counseling Program is a BBS pre-approved provider of CEUs, No. PCE #701.) Courses taken for CEU credit DO NOT carry academic credit.
