Food Fast is a CRS 24-hour hunger awareness retreat for Catholic youth. Focusing on global poverty and hunger, Food Fast offers a journey of solidarity with our brothers and sisters overseas, as a way of living out our Catholic faith.

A film about the journey of the single use plastic bag; from its convenience for everyday things to how it affects our waterways, environment, the ocean and our bodies.

In Collaboration with St. Mary’s College, we’ll feature Recycled Art displays and more!

PLUS Special Guest: nationally acclaimed rapper AshEL SeasunZ will join experts for a short panel discussion & a live performance of “Plastic State of Mind” DON’T MISS IT!

The Center for Engaged Religious Pluralism's Children of the Earth's (COE),  hub will be hosting a letter writing/postcard campaign for children in Nepal.

The group's goal is to raise money for the children of Nepal, and to reach out and form a connection with them through these letters/postcards.

A  letter writing and fun arts & crafts style stations will be set up. 

All students, staff and faculty are welcome to particapte.

Come learn about local and global poverty through an interactive and engaging event. Admission: $5 or 5 canned food items.
