The San Francisco Chronicle featured a special commemorative 150th anniversary pullout section about Saint Mary's sesquicentennial year.

The Catholic Voice covered a recent panel discussion on the future of Catholic Higher Education hosted at Saint Mary's College by the Cummins Institute for Cathloic Social Thought.  The October 24 panel, which featured a keynote address by the 2012 Montini Fellow Bishop Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo, included four presidents of area Catholic colleges and universities: Father Stephen A. Privett, S.J., president of the University of San Francisco; William J.
