Sitting with friends in a dorm room late at night, gathered at a table in Oliver Hall, walking along the arcade — we have a million things to talk about. and we all come from different backgrounds and perspectives — which makes it interesting. We ponder who we are, why we are here and what waits in our futures.
Whatever it is, we share our thoughts and experiences with each other in order to better understand. Late at night, early in the morning, between classes or during meals… sometimes our discussions turn into debates and shine a clearer light on a subject. Maybe these conversations stem from seminar, or from a class, from a social justice issue or the latest gossip column.
…our conversations bring us closer together and closer to what we are all about.
