Submitting the request for service form online is the most efficient way to send us work requests.
How long does it take for AIS to finish a work request?
We complete most requests within 4 days. You will be informed of your request if it takes longer.
How do I get access to Colleague?
A Colleague login may be requested by your supervisor with the Request for Access form.
