instructional technology
The Instructional Technology group works in support of teaching and learning at the College by:
- Maintaining online tools such as Blackboard and electronic portfolios
- Researching and recommending solutions for social software such as podcasting, vodcasting, and other multimedia
- Supporting faculty, staff, and students in the use of classroom technology such as smartboards and clickers
- Conducting pilot programs for new technologies. Current pilots include TaskStream eportfolio system Sakai Learning Management System and iclicker, CPS Interwrite, PRS eInstruction and TurningPoint student response systems.
