Internet and E-mail
Mozilla Mozilla is a web browser and e-mail client.
FireFox - Firefox is a Web browser only. There is no access to e-mail.
Thunderbird - Thunderbird an e-mail client. This program only sends and receives e-mail. Web pages can not be accessed with Thunderbird. Use FireFox to access web sites.

Microsoft Office 2003 (PC)
Microsoft offers online support for Office 2003. Articles, how to documents, and other documents our found on this site.

Microsoft Office 2004 (Mac)
Office 2004 for the Mac offers tutorials in its "Projects Gallery" for each program. Online access is not needed.
To access these tutorials launch an application (Word, Excel or PowerPoint) and click File, Project Gallery.
A window called Project Gallery will open.
Click on the Learn Tab at the top and select you topic of interest to the left.
