Teen Portraiture and Figure Drawing
What: Art Workshop for teens, aqes 12 to 18. Part classical figure drawing and part interpretive portraits and self-portraits. Students will draw from a live model with various tools including conté, chalk, pencil, chopsticks, ink and Japanese brush.
Who: Taught by landscape and figurative painter Teresa Onoda, BFA, Creighton University, an experienced and popular high school and adult art instructor. Live clothed model. All materials provided.
When: A three day workshop beginning Monday, August 10, from 1-4 p.m., and continuing August 12 and 13 from 1-4 p.m.
Where: Art Studio 001, Saint Mary's College of California, 1928 St. Mary's Rd., Moraga.
Workshop fee: $95.00, includes model and materials.
