What: What is the connection between values and leadership? This free one-hour webinar is designed to:

• Demonstrate how greater awareness of our values can bring clarity and focus to the leadership we bring to the world;
• Show the powerful connection between values and leadership development, and how we develop the skills and capacities to help us reach our highest
personal and professional goals;
• Help us explore the values map as a framework for understanding human growth, behavior and development;
• Distinguishing between foundation, focus and vision values, and how they relate to your life;
• Understand how you can find out more about your values and how you can live your life more fully from your own vision values;
• Develop one's leadership practice through a values orientation that enables the effective navigation of complexity in context sensitive settings.
