Event Description 

What: San Francisco Symphony Associate Concertmaster and violinist extraordinaire Nadya Tichman will give a solo recital, performing works by Saint-Saens, Stravinsky, Prokofiev, and one of the great and profound masterpieces for violin, Beethoven's Sonata No. 8 in G Major. Accompanied by gifted pianist Marc Shapiro., Ms. Tichman will play on a 1724 Stradivarius violin purchased by the San Francisco Symphony for her exclusive use. Suggested donations are $20 dollars general, $15 seniors and $10 for SMC faculty and staff.
