The WRC is hosting a day long women's self defense training in partnership with Public Safety, Sausalito PD and RAD (Rape Aggression Defense). The workshop will include discussion about topics such as awareness and assertivenes...s, rape culture, myths, boundary setting, and risk reduction strategies. It will also include an extensive physical technique portion that will conclude with students getting to fight a padded attacker from RAD.

The workshop will cost $5 and lunch will be provided. There is only space for 20 participants so interested women need to sign up and pay at the WRC ASAP.
