Will Saint Mary's comply with FERPA regulations for DACA students?
- Saint Mary’s will continue to uphold the privacy regulations that protect student information from disclosure as outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Currently, I have a DACA permit. Can I file for renewal?
- If your permit expires on or before March 5, 2018, you can file for renewal until October 5, 2017.
