Information for Students Seeking Tutorial Assistance
Students can drop by FAH (Filippi Academic Hall) 190 at any time during office hours to sign up for tutorial assistance. Students are asked to fill out an application. Depending on which class you are taking and what problems you are experiencing, we will try to find the most beneficial service for your particular needs.

Study Skills Assistance
Individual assistance and workshops are offered for students to complement their study efforts by exploring techniques and strategies in areas such as goal setting, time management, note-taking, test-taking, information processing, memory, and reading comprehension.
Students may take a self assessment screening, Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI) to evaluate their study habit strengths and weaknesses. This assessment guides TASC in assisting the student to develop an appropriate academic skills plan while offering techniques that complement the student's individual learning style.
Programs offered through TASC are intended to complement study efforts. We urge you to take advantage of these and other campus resources to maximize your opportunities for success.
