Open studio event with light refreshments featuring the artwork-in-progress of Art Practice seniors Oona Guensche, Emily Jones, and Isaac Kim. 

Oona Guensche is a senior art practice major from Pleasanton, California. Her work covers topics such as body image, sexual trauma, and the eco gender gap. Her work incorporates digital photography, fiber art, painting, and drawing.

Emily Jones is an interdisciplinary artist portraying the reality of Native Americans living in colonized America, and working through her identity as Native (a member of the Akimel O’odham). Her work is concerned with her and her family’s identity, struggles, and injustice for Native Americans. 

K. Isaac Kim is a painter who is a Minnesota born artist with a Korean background. His recent work challenges Western Art History with the complex perspective of a contemporary artist.
