Calling all seniors! Congratulations on all you have achieved thus far here at Saint Mary’s College. We know many of you are off to do great things and pursue new endeavors after you graduate with your BA degrees in the fall, but why not get a headstart? The Kalmanovitz School of Education invites all undergraduate majors to begin their Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development in the Spring Semester of their senior year.

Save time and money by getting a head start and complete your MA degree one year after your BA. Our hybrid program is designed so you can start working while earning your MA and immediately apply your new skills.
