Campus Housing Still Available

The Campus Housing Office is still providing students with spaces to live on campus for Fall 2020. We know many students may still be interested in living on campus this semester, even though they started the semester at home/off campus.

The Campus Housing Office is still providing students with spaces to live on campus for Fall 2020.  We know many students may still be interested in living on campus this semester, even though they started the semester at home/off campus.

Q: Is housing still availabe for all levels of students?

A: Yes, we have housing available in our traditional, suite and townhouse style housing.   First Years are eligible to reside in traditional and suite style housing.  Sophomore are eligible for Suite Style Housing. Townhouses are resereved for juniors, seniors and also graduate students. 

Q:  What are the prices for housing that is available?

A: The rates listed online at the Tuition page would be prorated based on the move in date.  The rates listed there are for the entire academic year.  

Q:  Am I required to have a meal plan?

A: Traditional Style and Suite Style housing requires a meal plan.  However Juniors/Seniors/Grads who are in townhouses have the option to buy a meal plan.

Q:  How do we apply for housing?

A: If you are interested in moving on campus at this point please send an email to housing@stmarys-ca.edu and we will work to get you assigned to a space.  We require all students that live on campus to get a COVID Test on campus prior to moving on campus as well, and we will help you get that scheduled with the Health Center.
