Capital Public Radio talks with Steve Woolpert about Plan for Non-Partisan Secretary of State

A politics professor, Woolpert commented on aspects of the measure which would wrest control over the creation of ballot language from the office of the Attorney General, which has been held by a Democrat since 1999.
