CBS-5 Talks to SEBA Professor About Planned Residential Housing in Downtown Walnut Creek

CBS-5's Ann Notarangelo spoke with SEBA economics lecturer John Gruenstein about city plans to develop residential housing in downtown Walnut Creek's bustling shopping area of Broadway Plaza. A former mortgage executive with Wells Fargo Bank, Gruenstein teaches a course on urban real estate development and offered insight on how the addition of up to 1,500 permanent residential units in downtown Walnut Creek could possibly increase, or decrease, traffic flow to businesses in the area. Watch Notanagelo's report "Walnut Creek Considers More Downtown Housing, Pedestrian Mall."
