Constituent Relationship Management

Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) is a model for managing the College's interactions with current and future members of the Community.

CRM involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize outreach, marketing and customer service. Saint Mary's College of California is focused on expanding CRM resources and operations beyond the admissions and marketing units where it is currently in practice.
