Contra Costa Times Reports On Saint Mary's Interest In Hosting Presidential Debate

After the successfully hosting the September 1, 2010 U.S. Senate Debate between Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer and her then Republican challenger Carly Fiorina, Saint Mary's College is investigating the possibility of hosting a presidential debate in 2012. The Contra Costa Times reports on the College's interest in hosting a debate and speaks with Vice President of College Communications Michael Besesda and Director of Community and Government Affairs Tim Farley about SMC's chances of landing the event.
