Craig Kaufman joins Saint Mary’s with more than twelve years experience in marketing and communications. Most recently, he was an Associate Director of Marketing and Communications at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, where he oversaw program marketing and served as the brand manager for the school overall. While at Berkeley-Haas, Craig managed several high-profile projects, including the roll out of the school’s Defining Principles; the marketing launch of the new Berkeley MBA for Executives Program; and multiple brochure, advertising, and website redesigns.
Prior to joining UC Berkeley, Craig worked as a public relations manager at technology industry agencies in San Francisco. Craig is also currently an adjunct instructor at Las Positas College in Livermore, where he has taught all levels of English composition and literature over the past eleven years.
Craig holds a M.A. in Professional Writing with cognate studies in Communications from Western Michigan University, as well as a B.A. from the same institution with dual-majors of Journalism and European Studies.
