Enterprise Resource Planning Revitalization Project

REV SMC is a college initiative that brings departments together to enhance, streamline and revitalize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, otherwise known as Colleague.

In February 2020, with direction from the Provost, an ERP/SIS Assessment Committee was formed which consisted of key representatives from each functional department
. This committee, along with a consultant, evaluated our nearly 3 decades old system.  As a result of this evaluation the institution has allocated resources to address the overall health of our ERP as well as provide support to re-define our business processes that rely on our Colleague System.

The ERP Revitalization project named REV SMC commenced in the summer of 2021, with the help of our consultant team at Ferrilli, and has included input from several key departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, Office of the Registrar, Admissions, Advising, Academic Affairs, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Financial Aid, IT Services and other departments across campus.
