What steps have organizations made to increase awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace? What role does unconscious bias play in our decisions and operations? How do employee resource groups support inclusion programs? How can employers create a climate that welcomes diverse backgrounds, opinions and beliefs? Are we making progress as a society?

This event will explore questions around engaging current employees, recruiting diverse talent and fostering an environment where all voices are heard. Join us for this fireside chat hosted by Dean Zhan Li of SEBA and Dean Sheila Hassell Hughes of SOLA.
