Mary Kay Moskal, Ph.D.Moskal is the author of the book “Literacy Leadership for Reading Improvement: Intervention Programs and Balanced Instruction,” (Guilford Press May 2011).

Her research includes developing educational strategies for improving reading comprehension in elementary school children and literacy intervention training for general education teachers and reading specialists.
