- to help administrators improve their performance by providing them with assessment information;
- to assist the College in making informed decisions regarding the retention/release of academic administrators;
- to identify and communicate to the College the qualities and skills that the faculty think are desirable in academic administrators. To further this purpose, the academic administrators who are being evaluated are strongly encouraged to share their interpretation of the evaluation data with the respective relevant faculty body(ies) under his or her jurisdiction."
