Films on Demand @ The Library

There is a need for streaming video for the campus, and the Library is answering the demand.  Adding to our already large online video collection, the Library has subscribed to Films on Demand, which has over 6,000 instructional videos that can be viewed anytime, anywhere.  This is a wonderful collection of online videos from such providers as NOVA, National Film Board, TED, VEA, and much more.  Entire individual video is viewable, of course, and also clips (so useful for classroom use), plus segments can be emailed, and embedded into a Web page. Sarah Vital will show you some useful tips for Films on Demand at the next Ask a Librarian workshop:

Wednesday, February 20th, 12:45 – 1:45 (community time)

Wildenradt Theatre, 2nd floor of the Library
