Fitness Goals Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:00pm | Fitness Area  

This 1 hour class focuses on effectively using resistance and weight training to achieve maximal results towards your fitness goals while maintaining proper and safe form.  Maximum 8 people per class. Instructor: Koda

Gael Playground Tuesdays 12:15 - 1:00pm | Synergy 360 Experience the Life Fitness Synergy 360 in a whole new way.  This workout will test your whole body in dynamic 45 second intervals. Bodyweight resistance and free weight exercises that welcome all levels of experience. Instructor Beckie
Introduction to Equipment Mondays 5:00 - 5:30pm | Fitness Area Are you interested in learning about all the different types of equipment?  Register for this interactive tour of the facility that focuses on how to use the FreeMotion and Life Fitness equipment. Come prepared to workout. Instructor: Campus Rec Staff
Pilates  Mondays 5:30 - 6:30pm | Group X Room Join Hannah for her weekly pilates class where you will focus on low impact exercises that strengthen full body muscle groups! This class is great no matter where you are in your fitness journey as most exercises will be given with both regression and progression options.
Spin with Beckie Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:15pm | Spin Room Join Beckie in her cycling class. This cardio intense spin class will get your heart rate going!  Make sure to bring a towel and water bottle for your ride!
Strength & Balance Circuit Wednesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm

This class led by Hannah will use resistance (weights, bands, bosu balls, etc) to test your strength and balance. Focused on the full body, this class is great if you're looking to get sweaty! Instructor: Hannah
