By making a gift to Scholarships at Saint Mary's College you are supporting every Gaels' journey to commencement, as 93% our undergraduates, and many of our graduate students, rely on financial assistance each and every year. Thousands of alumni, parents, and friends allocate a portion of their philanthropic giving to Saint Mary's to help meet the financial needs of our undergraduate and graduate students.
You can make a gift in several ways including:
To name an endowed scholarship after a loved one, a Gael you appreciate, for yourself, or for another reason, a minimum gift of $50,000 is needed to establish an unrestricted endowed fund based on our students' financial needs.
The Advancement Office can assist you in the creation of a restricted endowed fund, by including some preferences to match your philanthropic spirit with Saint Mary's mission-based scholarship priorities. Scholarship awards begin in the following academic year when the minimum commitment is fulfilled, and disbursements will continue in perpetuity as annual scholarship awards.
