Whether you’re facing unemployment, considering industry changes, planning for you’re next promotion, negotiating a salary or experiencing conflict with co-workers, SGCS is here to support you in your continued professional development.

  • A-CAP Individualized Coaching - One-To-One Alumni Career Action Planning (A-CAP) is available in person, on the phone or through video conferencing. Valuable services include:

A-CAP Teams
Career Transitions happen more quickly and effectively when a team is involved in helping you to achieve your career goals. This Career consultant-led 12 week series supports Alumni who are in career transition. Meeting weekly, participants of these cohort groups are expected to challenge, support and network for each other. Each 12 week cohort will cover the following:

  • Clarifying and establishing career goals
  • Creating a job finding strategy
  • Uncovering the hidden job market
  • Updating your resume business graduate resume
  • Developing your elevator pitch
  • Enhancing your LinkedIn profile
  • Preparing for Interviews
  • Networking skill
  • Salary negotiation

A-CAP Teams meet every Monday morning from 9:30-11:00am at the Rheem campus. Each participant will be expected to make at a 12 week commitment. To reserve your seat, email [email protected]

In addition to our SEBA Graduate Career Services, Saint Mary's Career Center is open to help all Alumni with career counseling and assesments, resume and cover letter development, and interview preperation.
