What first attracted you to Saint Mary's College (SMC)?
The gorgeous campus and the intimate educational experience.
How have your experiences at SMC helped you in your personal and professional life?
SMC taught me the true meaning of both networking and giving back and the great benfits that come as a result of either.
Greatest professional accomplishment:
I am most proud of simply following my passion. My career path has been led by my love for fitness and health and for that reason I've truly enjoyed the work I've done, the places I've been and the people I've met along the way. Read More

Daryl Kapis (Class of 2002)
Head Volleyball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Hawaii Pacific University
I am very grateful to St. Mary’s in the opportunity they gave me. Each class that I took had direct applications in everything I have done in the ten years since graduating. Being a part of an in-person classroom setting helped me to connect with those who had the same ambitions to work in the world of sport. Some of those connections are still very good friends of mine, and all have achieved success in the specific field they wanted to work in. Individually the St. Mary’s program helped me by opening doors to coaching and teaching at the Junior College level. That position allowed me to parlay that into the Head Volleyball Coaching position and Assistant Athletic Director position here at Hawaii Pacific University.
Jordan Willis (Class of 2006)

Though the program was intense, I loved my summer experience in the program and getting to know and working hard with my cohort! The professors were excellent and very attentive to us!!!
