Halloween Event Scares the Students

October 31st at the Library was filled with ominous creakings, sighings, and the smacking of lips.  The creakings and sighings came from the three movies streamed for the public, Carnival of Souls,  Nosferatu, and House on Haunted Hill.  The smacking of lips were from the students snacking on the free candy.

Two of the library's own published authors did a reading for their fans.  Mike Jung, Electronic Resources Manager, read from his recently published young adult novel, Geeks, Girls and Secret Identities.  Norman Partridge, Evening Circulation Supervisor, read from one of his many published works, Dark Harvest.  Both men answered questions after the reading about the nature of their writing, how to publish, and anything else that occurred to the audience.

A good time was had by all!.  Check out the image gallery highlighting this event.
