Join us for an afternoon workshop designed to help us have better communication with one another, and those who matter most. In the 1960’s, Marshall Rosenberg created a process called Non-Violent Communication (NVC) because of his deep belief that every person has the capacity for compassion and empathy. NVC is a practice that everyone can cultivate and bring more fully into their lives. Put simply:  "NVC proposes people identify shared needs, revealed by the thoughts and feelings surrounding these needs, and collaborate to develop strategies and make requests of each other to meet each other's needs."

Attend this free workshop if there are important conversations you need to have in your life, and you would like a framework that can support you in being more successful. The workshop will be fun, interactive and engaging. We will practice together!

Facilitated by Rick Halberg, M.S. Ed. and Doug Paxton, Ph.D.
