Current Minimum Wages
New Regulations

Effective January 1, 2019, the California Sate Minimum Wage increased to $12.00/hr; and the minimum salary threshold for employees with exempt status positions was revised to $49,920.00 annualized. In accordance with SB 3, effective January 1, 2020, the California State Minimum Wage will increase to $13.00/hour; and the minimum salary threshold for employees with exempt status positions will increase to $54,080.00.
