Service request systems track requests and incidents.

IT Services uses the TeamDynamix or TDX platform for its technology ticketing system. Your interactions with IT Services, including break/fix support, technology purchasing and requests for services, are all logged and tracked in TDX.

Past ticketing systems, no longer used, included Footprints and ServiceNow.
