Conference Calling

Conference calling is available on campus.

IT Services offers a bridge service as well as teleconference devices for loan. Depending on the circumstances of the call, calls can be made from offices, conference rooms and other locations both on-site and off. Reserving a room is a separate process. Not all conference rooms and meeting spaces allow for teleconference devices. See Room Scheduling/Facility Reservation Requests to learn more.

  • Conference calls using a D-Term speakerphone for 3 way calls
  • Additional third party conference call providers
  • Borrowing teleconference devices
  • Consulting services are available to discuss arrangements.

The Saint Mary's College of California PBX Telephone System offers 8-Party Conference Bridge Calling to all College administration and academic personnel. The Conference Bridge telephone circuit is available on a first come, first served basis 24/7.  Consulting services are available to discuss arrangements. If a teleconference Polycom unit needs to be borrowed click the ServiceNOW link to the right.
