Program Details

The path to a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

The master’s program in early childhood education includes specialization courses, which provide a complete grounding in the theory, research, and practice related to the education of our youngest learners. In addition, you choose electives to deepen your knowledge in specific areas of professional interest.

Finally, you complete a sequence of three research courses which assist you in developing and carrying out a research study or thesis project. Your thesis or project will be completed under the supervision of a faculty chair and reader. The master’s degree can be completed in as little as two years.
