Find a journal titles from an abbreviation

Journal titles are often cited in abbreviated form.  How can you find them?

First try typing the abbreviation in the Periodicals tab search box, and click Submit.  This will find the correct Journal title, but only if SMCLibrary owns any holdings for the title.

A new window pops up and provides you with information on this journal.

If we don't own any holdings for the title, you will need to look up the abbreviation in a reference source, of which there are several choices.
