Vault Career Intelligence

The SMC Library now gives students, faculty, staff, and alumni access to Vault Career Intelligence.

This resource offers company profiles, rankings, and industry and profession profiles. Find career advice using the career guides, résumé templates, and sample cover letters. Search for jobs and internships, and find graduate programs.

Research Companies

Be prepared! Do your research on prospective companies with these library resources:

Provides insider info from employee reviews on thousands of companies. Search by industry/location/size, browse rankings, and more.

 A great resources to investigate companies beyond the corporate website and glossy annual reports. US public and private companies, as well as international companies, include at least basic available data. Larger companies also include some qualitative information, such as SWOT analysis and technologies in use.

Ask thoughtful questions in your interview! Look up the industry you're interested in, then click "Call Prep Questions" on the left to get suggested questions.
