ORB: Online Reference Book - For Medieval Studies. A great place to start your research. Contains essays and encyclopedia like entries.

Internet Medieval Sourcebook - A collection of full text and excerpted texts on a variety of different topics. Includes a section on the Crusades. Searchable.

Feminae: Medieval Women and Gender Index - Annotated index to journal articles, essays, book reviews and more that focuses on women, gender, and sexuality issues for this time period. Materials are in many languages, but most of them in English.
