The ATLA Religion Database is the premier index to journal articles, book reviews, and collections of essays in all fields of religion. It includes over 1.6 million records from over 1,600 journal titles. It is the premier database for coverage of biblical studies, and also supports wide coverage in archaeology, and antiquities; human culture and society; church history, missions, and ecumenism; pastoral ministry; world religions and religious studies; and theology, philosophy, and ethics.

Contains more than 300,000 records from over 800 journals, providing a detailed reference resource for in-depth research into Roman Catholicism and issues relating to the Roman Catholic Church. The database includes indexed citations to articles published in Roman Catholic periodicals, Papal documents, church promulgations, and books about the Catholic faith that are authored by Catholics and/or produced by Catholic publishers.

Includes over 60 million articles from over 11,000 periodical titles, many going back to the 1980s. A good general-purpose periodical index with journals and popular magazines. Many of the articles are full-text. Designed primarily to support undergraduate-level research, the database is useful to anyone seeking information on topics in the areas of current events, general sciences, social sciences, and humanities.  Academic OneFile uses most of the subject headings used by Albert.

Provides a comprehensive resource for the study of the Bible and biblical history. Integrates authoritative scholarly texts, reference works, and issues related to the Bible.
