Raining to day have concluded my arrangements to leave for the front to morrow. visited with Adelina in the after noon. in the evening she gave me a magnificent supper a parting one. a pleasant time, but sad good bye

Beautiful morning left in Company with Maj Sabin for the front at 9:45 a.m. Madam offered me her carriage it being so early I declined a pleasant journey arrived in camp at 3 P.M. found all well
