Lent

Join a Faith Sharing Community for Lent!
Our chosen theme for Lent, Common Journey, invites all of us to be “in it together” for the next 40 days.  Find a buddy, find a group of friends to share your faith and to help you grow in faith.  Make an extra effort to invite other students  into your group -  be welcoming and inclusive. And when you are invited, accept that invitation. The first step is to take that leap of faith in each other.

Regardless of where you are on this faith journey - questioning, disappointed, or totally committed to God -  if you have a longing to know and get closer to God then we are on a Common Journey. In the midst of your busy lives, we know that many of you want to have meaningful conversations, set aside time to pray and ultimately deepen your relationship with God.

Let participating in a Faith Sharing Community be your commitment this Lent.

What do I have to do?

  1. Turn to your friends and form or find a group
  2. Decide on a day/time and commit to meeting with your group 1 hour for 5 weeks
  3. Share your faith and life stories with one another
  4. Let Fr. Hai (hmh3) or Quang (ql2) know so that we can come to one of your meetings and accompany you
