Sponsored by the Town of Moraga, the Moraga Citizen Network and Saint Mary's College of California
Join us for a 2-month process of designing, implementing and evaluating community initiatives in Moraga. Come with your own idea about a small victory you would like to see in your organization or community group, and we will help you build a team or join a team and learn new skills to apply anywhere.
We call this series Small Victories because it's easy to feel frustrated by initiatives that have longtime lines or seemingly insurmountable challenges. In this workshop series we will focus on small, short-term wins that build momentum, team and individual skills. We will use the broad diversity in the room to get feedback and different perspectives on issues.
The Series will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm between January 30 - March 27. Below are the specific dates and topics:
January 30, 2014
-Clarifying Your Small Victory and Building a Vision for Success
February 13, 2014
- Gaining Input from a Wide Diversity of Stakeholders & Creating Transformative Scenarios that Lead to Win/win Situations

- Facilitating Great Meetings and Following-thru on Action Items
March 13, 2014
