The Master of Science in Accounting Program is offered as a 12- or 15-month program.
The 12-month full-time, day time program is available to undergraduate accounting seniors and graduates who have already majored in Accounting.
The 15-month part-time program delivered in a hybrid (online and in-class) format allows participants to work full-time while attending classes.
How It Works
The full-time traditional format meets day time on Saint Mary's campus in Moraga every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The program starts in Summer quarter with one fully online course in Ethics, and then continues for three more quarters on the Moraga campus with three courses every quarter.
The part-time hybrid format classes meet via live web conferencing in the evenings for two hours on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays. Additionally students meet face-to-face on Saint Mary’s campus in Moraga on alternate Saturdays.
Note: Applicants who do not have a major/minor in accounting, or for students who do have a major/minor in accounting but have a GPA below 2.75, should plan to begin the program in Spring quarter.
