The Master of Science in Accounting Program is offered as a 15- to 18-month part-time program delivered in a hybrid (online and in-class) format allowing participants to work full-time while attending classes.

How It Works

The hybrid format classes meet via live web conferencing in the evenings for two hours on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays. Additionally students meet face-to-face on Saint Mary’s campus in Moraga on alternate Saturdays.

Applicants who do not have a major/minor in accounting, or for students who do have a major/minor in accounting but have a GPA below 2.75, should plan to begin the program in Spring quarter. Accounting majors/minors will being the program in the Summer quarter.

Note: There is also a full-time, day-time M.S. in Accounting program available to undergraduate seniors and recent graduates who have already majored in Accounting. Contact for more information.
