Campus Facilities Project Request Form
Greetings from the Office of Facilities Services,
In order to provide better support and transparency, the Office of Facilities Services is restructuring how we process campus capital project requests. In partnership with campus departments it is the goal of Facilities Services to ensure that our capital projects, designs, and renovations consider the following principles:
- Prioritizing a safe learning and working environment.
- Developing accessible, flexible, and creative spaces, including spaces that can provide multifunctionality for the College.
- Improve transparency related to capital project financial impact and budgets.
- Helps to promote the College’s financial stability while sustaining our mission.
To effectively schedule and plan we will be accepting project requests through this form. Submitted requests will be sent to your department head for approval. Prioritization for campus projects will include a number of considerations such as campus needs (e.g. fire/life safety, business emergencies, deferred maintenance, modernization, program enhancements), funding availability, strategic long-term goals, and staffing resource availability. Projects that are selected will be placed into a five or ten-year capital plan to be reviewed annually. Deferred project requests will be archived for future consideration in an annual review cycle which will be communicated in the coming months.
