Residential Staff Opportunities

Limited Residential Positions Available for Employees & Grad Students

Applications for a limited amount of residential positions are now open for employees and graduate students. Our unique residential model embraces the participation of faculty and staff within roles that serve our residential student population. Residential staff are an integral part of a student's experience at Saint Mary's! The Office of Residential Experience oversees several live-in positions that are intended to contribute to the success of students living within the residence halls. For academic year 2021-2022, a very limited number of Resident Director (RD) positions are available. We currently do not have any Resident Mentor positions available. The RD application is for positions beginning in August 2021.
