Close to San Francisco and set in the rolling hills of the Moraga Valley, there’s no place in the world quite like our campus. We welcome students year-round for information sessions, tours and interviews. If you have a chance to visit during the school year, definitely make time to eat lunch in Oliver Hall or attend a class.
For prospective students, there are three visit options that you can combine to suit your needs (each form must be filled out separately to register):
- To begin, schedule a presentation and tour, offered most weekdays at 9am and 1pm. (Visit during Community Time on Wednesday Sep. 16, 23, or Oct. 7 and join in one of our favorite traditions, the campus-wide BBQ - our treat)
- If you have time, think about sitting in on a class (available from September - November).
- If you're planning to apply to SMC, you may also consider an interview. It's a great way to meet an admissions counselor to talk about your interests and background.
Please pick up a temporary parking permit at the Public Safety Front Gate. Visitors may park in one of our four reserved parking designated visitor lots or where directed by Public Safety personnel. Check-in on the first floor of Brother Jerome West Hall.
Our one hour presentation by an Admissions Officer is followed by an hour-long guided tour by a Student Ambassador.
The New York Times recently listed the East Bay as one of the must visit destinations for 2016. The region was included in the list for a variety of reasons including its food scene, thriving art culture and weather.
