Professor Interviewed for KGO-TV Newscast Over Funding Cuts
Saint Mary's College education professor David Krapf was interviewed for a report on the 6 p.m. newscast of KGO-TV about a new television ad campaign by the California Teachers' Association against Gov. Schwarzenegger over school funding cuts.
Krapf, who is also a member of the Contra Costa County Board of Education, said the ad campaign shows the mounting frustration of teachers over school funding.
"Our schools are in serious need of, you know, the support. And some of that is financial resources to make them operate at the level we want them to operate," said Krapf.
