Recipient of SEBA’s Catholic and Lasallian Mission Fellowship
The School of Economics and Business Administration is proud to announce that Holly Dalton, Director of Graduate Business Admissions and Recruitment, has been selected by the SEBA Administrative Council to be the first recipient of SEBA’s *Catholic and Lasallian Mission Fellowship*. She will attend the Institute for Administrators in Catholic Higher Education Seminar at Boston College, July 9 – 12, 2012.
Holly Dalton has provided leadership in advancing the department's recruitment and enrollment goals, increasing prospect attendance at Information Sessions and has worked with the Recruitment and Admissions team to increase enrollment and student quality in the PMBA and FAIM programs in addition to supporting our enrollment and quality goals in the EMBA, Hybrid and T-GEMBA programs. Her exposure to the Catholic and Lasallian Mission Fellowship will help her translate this our mission and history throughout Graduate Business recruitment.
SEBA established the *Catholic and Lasallian Mission Fellowship* to further the understanding of SEBA faculty and staff about Catholic and Lasallian traditions and integrate these traditions into SEBA’s strategic plan and operations (e.g., admissions, curriculum design and delivery, student advising and service, marketing and communication). The Mission Fellowship has the goal of supporting one SEBA faculty or staff member each year to participate in a premier regional or national conference/seminar on Catholic and Lasallian traditions in the context of higher education.
